ORDERS
We prefer at least two (2) weeks notice on dessert orders. However, we will accept short notice orders, with the understanding that they are subject to the availability of the date required.

PAYMENTS
We require a 40% deposit upon placement of all orders, which is deducted from the final balance payable. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Leilani Confections will not begin fulfilling an order until the deposit is received. 
Final payments are due prior to or upon delivery or pick up of all orders. The due date on all invoices sent to customers for payment will reflect the order delivery/pick up date. If we do not receive final payment by the specified due date, late fees will be applied. Any unpaid balance that remains outstanding will be cause for Leilani Confections to pursue legal collections actions.
We accept cash and all major credit and debit cards. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS.

CANCELLATIONS
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations, with refund of order balance after deposit is deducted, will only be honored if notice is received within 48 hours of the designated delivery/pick up date. Any cancellation request received after that time will require full payment of the order balance.

DISPUTES/REFUNDS
Any refund given for disputes regarding a dessert design or production of a design are completely at the discretion of Leilani Confections and are not automatic. Full refunds will never be given for any dessert item(s) which have been consumed, regardless of dispute, as consumption of the dessert is viewed as your acceptance that the dessert is adequate for the purpose for which it has been supplied. All desserts delivered to venues are photographed from different angles to show dessert quality on delivery. We do not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the dessert(s) or items with the desserts, such as knives, decorations and stands, etc. once the desserts have been delivered to a venue or collected from us, or for loss, damage, or non-delivery under unavoidable or exceptional circumstances. This in no way affects your statutory rights.

DELIVERY/PICK UP
Desserts will be delivered and set up subject to availability; any arrangements for delivery may be subject to change. However, prior notice will be given where possible.
Desserts are to be collected from our premises at a prearranged time and date only.

LATE CLAIMED/UNCLAIMED ORDERS
In order to prevent spoilage with unclaimed orders, our policy is to hold orders no more than 24 hours, unless prepaid. To reserve more than 24 hours, there will be a $5 per day storage fee.
Due to limited storage space and quality control, prepaid unclaimed orders will be held up to 48 hours. After then, if we still have not been contacted, the order will be donated to a local food bank or discarded. Reordering will require full payment again.

DESIGNS
At no time will Leilani Confections agree to produce any design that is found to be offensive, distasteful, or morally inappropriate. All designs are left to the discretion of Leilani Confections.
Any dessert ordered from a picture or photo of a dessert produced by any other person can only be reproduced by Leilani Confections as our interpretation of that dessert, and will not be an exact reproduction of the dessert in the picture or photo.

CHANGES TO ORDERS
You may make any changes that you wish to a order until 72 hours prior to the pick up/delivery time on your invoice. We cannot guarantee any additional flavors will be available if changes are made within 72 hours.

PUBLICATION
Our dessert designs are published on social media outlets, that include Facebook, Twitter, our official website, etc. We reserve the right to use any image of a dessert made by Leilani Confections for publication at any time.
